Progress Report of the African Union Commission on the Implementation of the African Union Border Program (AUBP), March 2020 - March 2021, 19 August 2021, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

This report presents the progress made in the implementation of the African Union Border Programme (AUBP) in 2020 and the first quarter of 2021). It is submitted pursuant to the relevant decisions and directives of the decision-making bodies of the African Union. The report considers the level of implementation of the AUBP by the African Union Commission (AUC): the entity mandated to oversee and coordinate the Programme. It also presents the challenges and constraints encountered in the Programme's implementation and offers observations and recommendations for its consolidation.
