Abstract
The Council’s agenda for September will feature among others two prominent open sessions - one on the commemoration of the 2021 Africa Amnesty Month - which provides an avenue for African countries to silence the guns and the other on the commemoration of the International Day of Peace and briefing of the 2nd Edition on the Luanda Biennial “A Pan African Forum for the Culture of Peace”.
