Abstract
The Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union (AU), at its 549th meeting, held on 9 October 2015, adopted a decision on the operationalization of the African Standby Force and its Rapid Deployment Capability (ASF-RDC), as well as on the conduct of the AMANI AFRICA II Field Training Exercise (FTX).
