Abstract
The High Representative of AU Chairperson for the Horn of Africa, H.E. Olusegun Obasanjo, former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on 10 February, briefed the Council on his effort in the Horn of Africa, focusing on Ethiopia. This is the second briefing to the Council since his appointment. The first briefing was in November 2021.
