The Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union (AU), at its 604th meeting, held on 9 June 2016, was briefed on the situation in Libya. Council also takes note of the statement made by the representative of the State of Libya. The Council Called upon members of the Presidency Council, the House of Representatives, and other legitimate institutions to work together to create a unified Libyan army. The Council Rejected any external military interference in Libya.
