Lessons Learned About Mediation

Whether we succeed or not In any particular endeavor there are always lessons to to learn. As matter of fact you probably learn more lessons when you fail than when when you succeed. We have to look at the root causes those problems and the wood enough time and expertise to dig deep into the root causes and see what are the worst and put them in the priority order. Put them in the priority order to remain open because conflicts change the patches constantly metamorphose. So you have to constantly, do your research to know who is doing what? Who represents what interests. And to constantly interrogate yourself that, am I sure I'm speaking to the right people. Am I sure? I'm bringing all the people to the table...
