dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this seminar was to build on the foundation laid by the previous nine (9) High-Level Seminars, the 10th High-Level Seminar sought to contribute towards further strengthening the capacity of the A3 to more effectively promote, articulate and defend common African positions on peace and security issues concerning the Continent, within the decision-making process of the UN Security Council, as well as to further strengthen the cooperation, collaboration and coordination between the AU PSC and the A3, with a view to further strengthening Africa’s voice within the United Nations Security Council.en
