Abstract
The 14th PSC Retreat will be a forum for the PSC to undertake some institutional self-introspection exercise, with a view to further strengthening its capacity to more effectively discharge its mandate. More specifically, the PSC will devote its attention on addressing issues and challenges, including the ones identified above, which are negatively impacting on its efficiency and effectiveness in discharging its mandate.
