Abstract
The Retreat was dedicated to the consideration of the draft Manual of the Working Methods of the PSC and on discussion on strengthening the working methods of the PSC in Conflict Prevention, conflict management and Peace Consolidation in Africa. It was chaired by Ambassador Dr. Brima Patrick Kapuwa, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Sierra Leone and Chairperson of the PSC for June 2019.
