Abstract
The Peace and Security Council of the African Union (AU), at its 265th meeting held on 10 March 2011 at the level of Heads of State and Government on the situation in Libya decided to establish an AU ad‐hoc High‐Level Committee on Libya comprising five Heads of State and Government, as well as the Chairperson of the Commission.
