Abstract
December's schedule of events includes a briefing on the state of the OAU/AU Convention on Mercenaries review, a briefing on the outcomes of the 2023 Luanda Biennale, and a ministerial-level update on the situation in Sudan. Additionally, the PSC will convene to consider the PSC Annual Indicative Program of Work for 2024. Oran, Algeria will host the 10th High-Level Seminar (Oran Process), while Johannesburg, South Africa will host the 3rd PSC/APRM Joint Retreat. Lastly, the PSC will hold an informal consultation on updated briefing on Guinea, Mali, and Burkina Faso—three nations undergoing political transition.
