dc.description.abstractAt the invitation of Brother Leader of the Libyan Revolution, Current Chairman of the African Union (AU), the Panel of the Wise, held its 6th Meeting in Tripoli, Libya, on 7 June 2009. On this occasion, the Panel discussed and finalised the Report on the Election-Related Disputes and Conflicts. The Report, which will be submitted to the forthcoming Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the Union, scheduled in Sirte, Libya, at the beginning of July 2009.en
