Abstract
Council decided to convene a dedicated session in due course to specifically consider the political transition in Chad. Following extensive discussions, Council requested the AU Commission to deploy to Chad, as soon as possible, the AU Panel of the Wise, to gather first-hand information, in consultation with all relevant stakeholders on the ground and brief the Council before 31 March 2023.
