| dc.description.abstract | This OGN aims to provide African DDR practitioners and stakeholders with operational guidance on the growing overlap between DDR and the emerging field of Preventing/Countering Violent Extremism (P/CVE) as it relates to the screening, prosecution, rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals associated with armed groups designated as terrorist organizations (hereafter, persons associated with terrorist groups) by AU member states and/or the United Nations.
