| dc.description.abstract | The A3 (Kenya, Ghana, Gabon) delivered a joint statement on Sudan, highlighting ongoing political, economic, and security challenges. They welcomed the UN-AU-IGAD-led intra-Sudanese dialogue and urged inclusive participation, especially of women and youth. Concern was expressed over intercommunal violence in Darfur, and a call made for accelerated implementation of the Juba Peace Agreement and civilian protection plans. The worsening economic and humanitarian crisis was emphasized, urging renewed international support. The A3 supported renewal of UNITAMS' mandate and reaffirmed solidarity with the Sudanese people in pursuit of peace and development. | en |
