Abstract
The Council encouraged the AU Commission to engage with the Presidency of the Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 27), set to take place in Egypt in November 2022, and its designated instruments, to advance the role of African Youth in the lead-up to and during the conference to advocate for Africa’s priorities in Climate Change.
