Among the issues discussed include: -Implementation of collaborative Articles of the PSC Protocol (Art. 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20); Sustaining the functioning of PSC Subsidiary Bodies/Sub-Committees; Legal standing of outcomes of PSC Retreats; Presence of the Chairperson of the PSC during the Month; Implementation of Swapping Arrangements; Publicity of Outcomes of PSC meetings; Interaction with RECs/RMs; Criteria for Effective Membership of the Peace and Security Council; Cooperation with the United Nations and other International organizations.	en
