Provisional Programme of Work of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union for the Month of November 2023. 

A number of meetings are planned for November, including one at the Ministerial Level on the situation in Sudan; a discussion on youth, peace, and security; a briefing on the African Continental Report on Climate Change, Peace and Security Nexus, and a report from the Chairperson of the AU Commission on the study on the relationship between climate change, peace, and security in Africa. Additionally, there will be engagement with members of the UN Peacebuilding Commission, a briefing on the situation in South Sudan; an open session on women, peace and security in Africa; and a briefing on PCRD activities in Africa and consideration on the conclusions of the 15th PSC Retreat. The PSC's 15th retreat will take place from 24 to 28 November in Tunis, Tunisia. The CoE will also meet in preparation for the PSC Ministerial Meeting and the 10th High-Level Seminar.
