Press Statement: The PSC of the AU, held its 834th on 21st March 2019, followed a briefing by the Commissioner for Peace and Security, Ambassador Smaïl Chergui, on the situation in the Central African Republic (CAR), in particular the Talks held from 18 to 20 March 2019, in Addis Ababa, between the Central African Government and armed groups.
