dc.description.abstract	The Peace and Security Council of the African Union (AU), at its 593rd meeting, held on 26 April 2016, adopted a decision to remain actively seized on the Commission’s efforts on post-conflict reconstruction and development (PCRD) in Africa. The Council stressed the importance of reactivating the PSC Sub-Committee on PCRD, to provide the necessary political leadership and oversight on the implementation of PCRD activities throughout the continent.	en
