Inaugural report of the peace and security council of the African Union, discuss the implementation of the African Union master roadmap of practical steps to silence the guns in Africa by the year 2020. The Report provides an overview of the steps taken and the progress made, as well as an analysis of constraining factors and the challenges at hand, in the implementation of the AU Master Roadmap of Practical Steps to Silence the Guns in Africa by the year 2020 (AUMR).
