Abstract

The Executive Council adopted the Common African Position (CAP H3) as contained in the Abuja Declaration as the Position to be used by all High Level Government representatives and negotiators for engagements in the Habitat III preparatory processes and at the Conference to be held in October 2016 in Quito, Ecuador.
