The Panel of the Wise, formed in conformity with the Protocol Relating to the Establishment of the Peace and Security Council (PSC) of the African Union (AU), held its 2nd meeting at the AU headquarters, in Addis Ababa, on 17 July 2008, under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Ahmed Ben Bella, Chairperson of the Panel.
