The Peace and Security Council of the African Union (AU), at its 513th meeting held on 3 June 2015, was briefed by the Commission on the situation in Mali. The council also took note of the statements made by the representatives of Mali, France, Spain and the United States of America, as members of the UN Security Council, the UN Secretariat and the European Union (EU).
